Services are offered to residential and commercial customers in Broward County and surrounding areas of Florida.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided based on information gathered during an in-person site visit. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is subject to change if site conditions at the time of work differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, including but not limited to additional cracking, moisture issues, or changes in the scope of work requested by the customer.

Any estimate provided verbally or via online inquiry prior to a site visit is not binding. Written estimates issued following a site inspection represent our formal pricing.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project date is confirmed, customers are expected to have the work area cleared and accessible at the agreed start time. If we arrive and the work area is not prepared as agreed, we may need to reschedule and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate reschedule requests with adequate notice. Project timelines are subject to weather, material availability, and site conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or contract for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of estimate.

Any amount not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee. In the event that collection efforts are required, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys fees, to the extent permitted by Florida law.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Where a workmanship warranty is provided, it will be stated in your written contract. Warranties are limited to defects in application workmanship and do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, heavy impact, chemical exposure beyond normal use, or conditions that existed prior to our work and were not disclosed at the time of estimate.
